12/15-Lipooxygenase inhibition reduces microvessel constriction and microthrombi after subarachnoid hemorrhage in mice

Abstract

The study investigates the role of 12/15-Lipooxygenase (12/15-LOX) in microvessel constriction and microthrombi formation following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in mice. The findings suggest that inhibiting 12/15-LOX may prevent delayed cerebral ischemia after SAH.
